Dr. Andrew Sarowitz is a New York City–based Sports Dentist with more than fifteen years of clinical experience and advanced training in surgical and restorative dentistry. A graduate of the NYU College of Dentistry, he completed his residency and later served as an operating room attending at Long Island College Hospital/SUNY Downstate, where he developed expertise in complex procedures, special needs care, and resident training.

Dr. Sarowitz is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and an Associate Fellow of the World Clinical Laser Institute, with a clinical focus that includes dental implants, bone grafting, periodontal surgery, laser dentistry, and advanced restorative treatments. His surgical skill set and evidence-based approach allow him to deliver precise, minimally invasive care across a wide range of dental needs.

From 2016–2022, Dr. Sarowitz served on the medical staff of the Brooklyn Nets and New York Liberty as their official team dentist, expanding his role in athlete care. He has since become a trusted provider for professional athletes across the UFC, PFL, Bellator, ONE Championship, the NBA, and the NFL, offering specialized treatment in sports dentistry and dental trauma management.

Motivated by his commitment to athlete safety, he founded Impact Dental Designs in 2019, a custom mouthguard brand engineered for high-impact and combat sports. His work combines anatomical precision, advanced materials, and performance-focused design to deliver superior protection trusted by elite competitors.
